Kareena Kapoor will soon flag off a travel blog in which she will recount her visits to various destinations around the globe on film shoots. Says Kapoor, "My journey as a writer started with essays in school. More recently, I wrote the introduction for my dietician Rujuta Divekar's book, Don't Your Mind, Lose Your Weight, and rediscovered my talent for penning my thoughts." The actor is currently in London, shooting with Shah Rukh Khan for his superhero fantasy, Ra.One.
She insists that writing has helped her evolve as a person. And now, family and friends are keen that she publishes her writings. "Eventually I will," she says. "But meanwhile, there are several interesting anecdotes from my travels that I can share directly with my fans."
Kapoor will also be writing the introduction to Divekar's next book that deals with working women and health issues. Meanwhile, after waiting for a year-and-a-half, iampriyankachopra.com, Priyanka Chopra's personal website, went 'live'. And since Sunday, 6 pm, it has already been accessed by over a lakh fans. When asked why she hadn't opted for priyankachopra.com, the actor said that it wasn't available!
"I was 17 when I won the Miss World title but even back then, when I'd checked, the domain name had been taken," she informs, describing her website as a much-desired online scrapbook. "The look will change everyday and sometime soon, you will be able to see my childhood photographs and other memorabilia on it."
For now it features her tweets, Facebook updates, wallpapers, ringtones, exclusive videos and photos from her shoots for free downloading. There's also a section for fans to write to her and one for press interactions.
Says Chopra, "The latter is an application you would hardly ever find on any other celebrity website. Since there are so many rumours about me circulating, I thought it was necessary. If someone wants an official confirmation on any story, they can subscribe to my website and ask for it. My team will check its credibility and revert."
However, she insists that she will not talk about her personal life on this public platform or let anyone peep into her private space. "Even in my tweets, I don't give away too much," she points out.
Kapoor on the other hand finds blogging far more interactive than Twitter, Facebook or even a website: "Readers can ask questions, critically analyse anything I write or kick off discussions. It bring us a lot closer."

Heir to the erstwhile princely state of Bhareh in Uttar Pradesh, Anant Narayan is all set to make his Bollywood debut and says his royal background "never stopped" him from living his dreams, be it as a journalist or as an actor.
"My royal background never stopped me from doing anything. It gave me the boost to step out of my cocoon. I wanted to prove myself and earn the position of a prince that I have been honoured with since birth," Anant, 23, told IANS. Bhareh is in Etawah district of Uttar Pradesh.
Anant will debut alongside actress Ayesha Takia in "Hamesha I Will Love You" .
"I agree I live a luxurious life and have people working for me, but that never fascinated me. I have worked as a freelance journalist, I have done my schooling from Modern School and my graduation in history from Delhi University's Venkateswara College."
"It would be wrong to say that by choosing this profession I would be working under someone because I am a free entity," he said.
Anant claims Bollywood has accepted him with open arms and he is tied up with a yearl-ong commitment.
"I have my hands full with a lot of projects lined up for the whole year, though I am in the initial stages of my film career. I am bombarded with scripts and endorsement offers," he said.
"I have a total of nine scripts with me, of which I'm currently negotiating on four. And for these four, it's a thumbs up from my end. The acceptance that I have received from the industry makes me feel overwhelmed.
"I have faith in destiny. A newcomer like me, who has no support from the industry, could have found it difficult to make a mark. But fortunately I didn't have to go knocking the doors of filmmakers."
"I also have two Hollywood projects but unfortunately I am not allowed to talk about them or reveal the details."
Anant's film, "Hamesha I Will Love You", is slated to go on the floors this year. It is being produced by Film Feast Creators and will be directed by Revathy S. Varmha.

Producer Vashu Bhagnani has requested a galaxy of Bollywood stars, right from Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan to Govinda, Kareena Kapoor, Madhavan, Salman Khan and Sushmita Sen, to make an appearance in his son Jackky's do-or-die comeback film F.A.L.T.U.
Shooting for the film, featuring Jackky, Pooja Gupta, Angad Bedi and Chandan Roy Sanyal, started on Sunday. The doting producerpapa, who has decided to cash the goodwill he has earned in the film industry, says emotionally, "Luckily these are people who wouldn't say no to me, and they didn't. When I came to Mumbai from Kolkata I had nothing. Today I have a lot of assets, and I don't mean the immovable kind. I mean, these friends who've stood by me and are willing to help me out when I need them."
But Vashu insists he wants to cast each of these busy actors in well-written, complete cameos as teachers on the college campus where the story is set. Apparently Govinda, Madhavan and the Bachchans have agreed. Vashu has also approached Mallika Sherawat - she made her debut in Bhagnani's Jeena Sirrf Tere Liye as Reema Lamba.
Says the producer, "I will never misuse their goodwill. Do you remember Mr Bachchan's cameo in Biwi No 1? He was on screen for just two minutes. But no one has forgotten him in my film. That's how I want each actor's presence to be in F.A.L.T.U."
So far, the project has been dogged by problems, and Vashu isn't averse to admitting it. "We've gone through a lot of turmoil to get everything in place. The script underwent several changes, but it's finally ready. Then my director-choreographer Remo Fernandez broke his leg and we had to wait for his recovery. And all those premature announcements about actors agreeing to be part of my film have only harmed the project," he says.

Kareena Kapoor is the next lucky gal of B town to have signed a project with the filmmaker with a reality touch, Madhur Bhandarkar.
After having made films based on the real life incidents on ‘Chandni Bar’,’ Traffic Signal’, ‘Page 3’, ‘Life In A Metro’, ‘Fashion’, and ‘Jail’, the filmmaker is all set to reveal the reality behind all the glitz and glamour of the film world.
This time, his focus is going to be based on the life of a top heroine. The protagonist’s role, to be played by Kareena Kapoor, shall be based on the lives of three astounding beautiful and talented actresses of the Hindi film industry.
The three actresses, according to very reliable sources are- Meena Kumari, also known as the Tragedy queen of Hindi cinema, Nargis, the ever-shining star of tinsel town, and the most beautiful actress, the silver screen has ever seen, Madhubala.
Earlier, the buzz was that the film would be based on the Hollywood queen Marilyn Monroe, but now the final decision has zeroed on, on these three evergreen actresses.
Kareena, who is busy with other projects, is very excited and is waiting for this project to start. It is scheduled to start from December. So, are we Bebo dear!

Mumbai: She might be the darling of the nation but when it comes to the supernatural, Bollywood star Kareena is scared of ghosts.
Recently, Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty scared Kareena by relating ghost stories on the sets of ‘Golmaal 3’.
Ajay and Rohit planned the whole prank in advance. When Kareena arrived on the sets, both Ajay and Rohit started discussing how a woman was brutally killed in the hotel, they were putting up. They told Kareena that the spirit of the slain lady roams around, seeking revenge. They also told her that the spirit has already killed a woman guest at the hotel.
Talking to a news daily, Kareena confirmed the entire episode and said, "Ajay keeps trying to scare me with stories of a ghost in our hotel. Of course I get scared with such horror stories and keep yelling at them to stop but they don`t! This hotel is like a khandar with no other habitation outside it and hardly any guests and it gets a bit scary at times. But I refuse to cower in fright and give them the pleasure of pulling off their pranks!"
Talking about ‘Golmaal 3’, Kareena seemed quite excited about her upcoming flick and said, "In the evening, we hang out together -- Ajay, Tusshar and me- have dinner and going to the gym together. We are one happy unit here."
Speaking on her non-stop schedule, Kareena said, "I am planning a break but I don`t think I will get it till August. I am shooting back-to-back with three films- ‘Golmaal 3’, ‘Ra One’, and ‘Agent Vinod.’ After the ‘Golmaal 3’ shoot ends, I will leave for my shooting in London and Morocco for ‘Ra One’ and ‘Agent Vinod.’"

Agent Vinod's character has been moulded on 007, on Jack Bauer (the government agent in the American TV series 24) and on Jason Bourne, the CIA assassin in Robert Ludlum's novels and its film adaptations. Agent Vinod will be filmed at exotic locations all over the globe.
The plot unfolds with a caretaker being murdered and a grave being dug open in Uzbekistan. In Hamburg, a scientist is kidnapped, while in London, a painter is murdered. Elsewhere, an Indian agent is caught spying. He manages to flee and send a warning that someone is planning a conspiracy against India. This is when Agent Vinod steps in to save the country from disaster.

Bollywood’s highest paid girl , and also the one struggling for slot No 1,Kareena Kapoor, has been invited by the students at Cardiff University, UK, to talk to them about showbiz. Some other universities have also followed their lead and invited Bebo to speak on cinema. You may recall that only recently sizzling Vidya Balan spoke about Bollywood at a foreign university. Incidentally, the two Kapoor sisters - Karisma and Kareena - recently hijacked the South Mumbai chef, who is very much in demand. They took the chef to Karisma’s Bandra home in Mumbai to cook a designer meal for just five couples. One of the couples was India’s Northern state’s chief minister’s son and his wife.
This couple is close friends of Karisma and her hubby Sanjay Kapur. The Kapoors actually threw a private bash for their important friends who flew in on a charter for just one evening. So, naturally, a special chef was asked to come and do the honors of feeding the VIP guests. Now, the question arises as to who comprised the second couple fed on the occasion. Bollywood zero size actress Kareena Kapoor has been appreciated a lot for her role in blockbuster hit ‘3 idiots’. But recently Katrina Kaif was offered a chance to show her glamour in the Tamil version of 3 Idiots to which the actress has rejected.
The Gemini Films Circuit approached Katrina to play Kareena’s role in the Tamil remake but the beauty refused to sign the movie due to her busy schedule.
This year Kats is busy with Rajneeti, Dostana 2 and a Zoya Akhtar film.
The production home has bought the rights of the movie from its filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra for an amount of Rs 10-12 crore. The producers are planning to remake the film with a on huge budget and have signed the south superstar Vijay to portray Aamir Khan in the movie.

One knows that Saif Ali Khan is obsessed with girlfriend Kareena Kapoor. Who can forget that he has tattooed her name on his forearm? But every new facet to this obsession makes it to the headlines. The latest is that Saif is enamoured by Kareena's kohl-lined eyes. His fascination started after seeing how expressive her kohl-lined eyes looked in the first half of Kurbaan.
In fact, Saif couldn't stop looking at Kareena every time she would do up her eyes for the film. It only made Saif realise how much Bebo loves kajal. Now, Saif's close observation has gone beyond the film.
We now know one very private secret of the couple. While watching Kareena getting ready to accompany him for a recent event, Saif, who normally leaves everything aside to watch her eyes transform after she puts on her kajal, told someone around that he can never have enough of this moment. The actor is said to have said, "God, Bebo hardly uses any make up. She just uses a simple kohl pencil and her eyes light up."
Saif himself is not comfortable talking too much about his love for Kareena's gorgeous peepers but Kareena did admit that even in Agent Vinod her character will have smoky eyes in some portions of the film.
The actress said, "I can't reveal any details on the character but I can say that Saif likes me with my eyes made up like I had done in Kurbaan. Sometimes I do up my eyes that way when I attend functions with him. You could say that he has designed this look for me even in Agent Vinod."
"I can hardly wait to get to Tuscany where we will shoot our second schedule for Agent Vinod and I guess I will be wearing this special make up with nicely done eyes, just the way Saif likes them,'' gushed Kareena.

Film producer Boney Kapoor is a worried man. He has fixed a date for the release of his Shahid-Kareena-starrer Milenge Milenge and planned a promotional video for the film, but he can’t get Kareena Kapoor to shoot for it. Boney wanted both actors to shoot for the video together, but couldn’t get them to do it.
Shahid finished shooting his portions of the video in late March and since then, the producer has been busy persuading Kareena.. He says, “Shahid shot for the video, but I am yet to get a nod from Kareena. I think she is busy shooting for Golmaal 3. I am waiting for her to get free.
”The song, composed by Himesh Reshammiya and choreographed by Ahmad Khan, has some interesting lyrics for the actors, who also happen to be ex-lovers. A line in the song goes Sab kuchh khatm hokar bhi tere mere darmiyaan kuchh to baqi hai (Despite everything being over, something still remains between you and me).
According to Shahid: “(The) Media is making a lot of assumptions. I never said that I wished to do the promotional video with Kareena. I’ve always maintained that I’ll do whatever my producer asks me to. He asked me to shoot for a solo video, I agreed.” A unit member reveals that Shahid has also consented to promote the film with Bebo.
“Shahid has told Boney that he’ll promote the film with Kareena, but she is not keen,” says the source. The producer says, “The film will definitely release on June 25. This observation was made after the star was seen at quite a few functions recently in the traditional outfit, and especially while accompanying her suave boyfriend (or should it be man friend?)Saif Ali Khan.

Saif and Kareena did ‘Kurbaan’ that was a dud at the box office and wasn’t appreciated by the critics either. The simple fact is that Kareena on reel doesn’t look as good opposite Saif as she looks opposite Shahid or even Aamir.
But, love is prompting them to do more films together so that they may spend quality time with each other. On the other hand, Kareena’s biggest hit yet was opposite Shahid in ‘Jab We Met’ (not counting ‘3 Idiots’ as Kareena’s role was a minuscule one) but their mutual rivalry becomes a barrier for a film maker who wishes to re-create the magic of Aditya-Geet chemistry.
On the other hand, a balding Saif is more suited to do roles opposite other actresses but he, too, is keen to work only with Bebo. This is a tad senseless call from the couple as their respective careers are suffering a setback owing to their poor decision. A film called ‘Agent Vinod’ is in the pipeline that stars Saifeena but I don’t have any enthusiasm for its release and am not going to put my money on the film.
I don’t think Kareena is going to gain anything by doing such a film when she can do many other wonderful rom-coms opposite younger actors (counting Aamir who is ageing backwards) or can cement her position with women-centric roles. But, as is the saying, love is blind and it has ruined many a lives and history will vouch for that.

The release of Milenge Milenge now depends on Kareena Kapoor. Producer Boney Kapoor met her for the publicity of the film before she left for Goa to shoot for Ra.One. Shahid Kapoor has done his bit. Now it's up to Kareena Kapoor to see when their pending film Milenge Milenge is released.
Shahid shot the music video for the film with choreographer on March 26 with Ahmed Khan. The track written by Sameer Anjaan and composed by Himesh Reshammiya goes... 'Sab kuch khatam hokar bhi tere mere darmiyaan kuch to baqi hai...'

When told that that perhaps the other-half of the Milenge Milenge pair was not willing to do collaborative publicity Shahid reacted with annoyance. "Arrey yaar I'm all for the film. I'm willing to do whatever Boneyji asks me to. I don't know about the rest."
The release of Milenge Milenge now depends on Kareena Kapoor. Producer Boney Kapoor met her for the publicity of the film before she left for Goa to shoot for Ra.One. Shahid Kapoor has done his bit. Now it's up to Kareena Kapoor to see when their pending film Milenge Milenge is released.
Shahid shot the music video for the film with choreographer on March 26 with Ahmed Khan. The track written by Sameer Anjaan and composed by Himesh Reshammiya goes... 'Sab kuch khatam hokar bhi tere mere darmiyaan kuch to baqi hai...'

According to industry sources, the actress recently returned after shooting for Shah Rukh Khan starrer Ra.One in Goa, and did not want Saif to be alone in his moment of glory.

We already told you about Kareena Kapoor's latest endorsement deal; Sony Ericsson's XPERIA and Vivaz range. Well now the photos are out and we can see why the brand wanted Bebo as its official brand ambassador. The actress looks stunning!
After endorsing brands like Sony Vaio, Head and Shoulders and Airtel, Bollywood beauty Kareena Kapoor is taking on the mobile phone industry as she has decided to become the face of Sony Ericsson's XPERIA and Vivaz range.
During the press conference in New Delhi, Bebo posed for the cameras and happily showed off the new phones with cool graphics and lots of gadgets!
At the press conference, Sony Ericsson's Corporate Vice President & Head of Asia Pacific region, Hirokazu Ishizuka, had this to say about Kareena coming on board:
"Being one of the most widely-followed youth-icons, Kareena matches the level of energy, vibrancy, passion and fun associated with Sony Ericsson, and thereby elevates the aspiration value of the brand.
And Kareena seemed very pleased with the endorsement deal as well:
"I am very happy to be associated with Sony Ericsson. Having experienced the new phone - the XPERIA X10, I believe that Sony Ericsson truly represents the fusion of communication and entertainment in mobile device. I love my new feature rich Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 that allows me to easily keep in touch with my family and friends, while keeping myself entertained on the go," she said at the event.

It’s going to be a moment of great pride and happiness for the Chote Nawab Saif Ali Khan. And his pretty girlfriend won’t let him be alone. So, in spite of being sick and weak, Kareena Kapoor will accompany her Saifu to the Padmashri Awards.
Actually, all is not well with Bebo. We hear that she was shooting in Goa for Ra.One and the hectic schedule coupled with Goa’s searing heat and humidity took a toll on her. The actress couldn’t even rest after she was back in Mumbai. She continued shooting for her endorsement deals and fainted due to exhaustion on Sunday night.
Bebo is obviously feeling weak and has been advised rest. But rest she won’t coz she has to accompany Saif to Delhi today. Saif is set to receive the country’s fourth highest civilian honour, Padmashree Award, and there’s no way she’s going to leave him alone in this memorable moment.

She's a sexy singleton in a Saif relationship with a Junior nawab. Yet, Kareena Kapoor has chosen to turn mother! On celluloid, that is. Kareena Kapoor will enact mother to three kids in 'Love You Mamma,' Karan Johar's Indianised version of the Hollywood winner 'Stepmom'.
"I'm playing the role Julia Roberts enacted in the English film," states KK in a tabloid chat. "I was nervous playing mother to three kids in the film. But it went off well and we' ve bonded superbly. You can't baby children, they like to be treated like adults. That's what I learnt from my experiences with Saif's two children."
On the personal front, Bebo is blissed out with the arrival of her nephew. "The name Kiaan Raj was chosen by Karisma," she reveals. "And actually, we are more thrilled with a Kapoor boy coming along, coz' we've been an all woman family all along."

Rumours have it that Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have had a patchy couple of weeks.
They have both been sighted alone on promotional parties and even when out shopping. A source has stated, “Kareena has had a lot of work on her shoulders and hasn’t the time to spend around family and Saif. She used to attend his sets all the time, but recently she hasn’t been seen”.
This week Saif is has been spotted by himself on Chowpatty eating lots of Pani Puri’s, he has stated in the past that whenever he feels depressed he likes to go and eat lots of Pani Puri’s.
Kareena Kapoor was attending her promotional duties for her upcoming movie RA 1 starring alongside Shah Rukh Khan. In the past we seen Saif with her at all times.
The both are yet to make any comments on whether this is true but signs are showing of the rough road in their relationship. Maybe the tattoo wasn’t such a great idea Saif?

After having bagged a strong role opposite Kajol in an adaptation of Stemom, Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor is all set to play the role of a lifetime.
If reports are to believed then Bebo will be playing a role inspired by legendary actress Marilyn Monroe in Madhur Bhandarkar's untitled project.
Kareena, who has always been under scanner for her choice of roles, will surely be able to prove her acting prowess with this one.
Reports also suggest that director Madhur Bhandarkar is finalising male cast for the film.
This will be Bhandarkar's next film after award winning Fashion in 2008.
